Acupuncture Initial Evaluation — 90 minutes
Your first visit includes a comprehensive intake, orthopedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment, and the start of your individualized treatment plan. This extended session allows time to fully understand your history, movement patterns, and goals.
Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation — 75 minutes
Your first physical therapy visit is an in-depth look at how you move — identifying restrictions, imbalances, and the underlying factors driving your condition. This extended, hands-on evaluation lays the groundwork for a treatment plan built entirely around your body and your goals, including a personalized exercise program to support your recovery from day one.
Acupuncture Follow-up Treatment — 60 minutes
Ongoing acupuncture treatment built on your individualized plan, using techniques suited to your condition — which may include motor point acupuncture, dry needling, electro-acupuncture, cupping, Gua Sha, or moxibustion.
Physical Therapy Follow-up Treatment — 60 minutes
Ongoing, one-on-one treatment built on your established plan — blending manual therapy, guided movement, and hands-on techniques with a personalized exercise program that's modified as you progress, keeping you moving toward stronger, more confident function.
Combined Physical Therapy and Acupuncture Initial Evaluation — 90 minutes
This is a highly specialized first visit, bringing together a complete physical therapy assessment and acupuncture evaluation in a single, extended session. It's designed for patients who want both disciplines woven into their care from day one, resulting in one unified, deeply informed treatment plan built around your full picture of health.
Combined Acupuncture + Physical Therapy Visit — 75 minutes
